आधुनिक माध्यम आणि अविवेकी वापर
एकविसाव्या शतकातील पिढीला मिळालेली साधने हि विज्ञानाची देणगी आहे.विज्ञान शाप कि वरदान निबंध शालेय जीवनात प्रत्येकानेच लिहिला असेल,लेखणीतून झर झर उतरते मात्र कृतीतून नाही असे दुर्दैवाने म्हणावेसे वाटते.आजच्या धावपळीच्या युगात रवीने दही घुसळून ताक करा हि अपेक्षा कुणी बाळगणार नाही.कपडे धुवायला वाशिंग मशिन वापरू नका असेही कुणी म्हणणार नाही पण,ह्या यंत्रांच्या किती आहारी जायचे त्याला काही मर्यादा हवी ना? रोटी मेकर काय,भाजी चिरायला स्लायसर काय,कणिक मळायला डफ मशिन,हि यादी न संपणारी.कामसाठी वेळ नाही,नोकरीमुळे वेळ देता येत नाही हे नक्कीच समजण्यासारखे आहे.आत्ता तर सुट्टीच्या दिवशी नाश्त्यासाठी करायचा पदार्थ,त्याची अर्धी तयारी,तयार घरी आणली जाते,कामावरून येतानाच इडली,डोसा,खमण याच रेडीमेड पीठ घरी येत.रेडी टू इट चा जमाना आहे जास्त उठाठेव करायची गरज नाही.”पैसा फेको हाजीर करो” पण ह्याचा तोटा कुणाला कळत नाही, पुढच्या तरुण पिढीला कोणत शिक्षण, कोणता संदेश ह्या झटपट तयार माध्यमातून देणार आहात? एकीकडे घरात कित्ती काम असते नाही! म्हणायच अन दुसरीकडे टी.व्ही.वरच्या रटाळ मालिकांसाठी आणि अगदी खाजगी अन नको त्या गप्पा तासान तास मोबाईलवर करत बसायचं,ह्या गप्पा करायाल वेळ बरा मिळू शकतो! . म्हणुनच स्वतःच्या ह्या वागण्याचा विचार करायची वेळ आलेली आहे.आपली मुले आपलच अनुकरण करणार त्यांच्यावर भविष्यात तुम्ही कोणतीच सक्ती करू शकणार नाही आणि शारीरिक श्रम करणे म्हणजे पाप आहे असा गोड गैर समज त्यांच्या मनात रुजला तर नंतर उपाय नाही. गंमतीचा भाग म्हणजे पोटाचा घेर कमी करण्यासाठी सुद्धा आताच्या पिढीला हालचाल करायची नाही,त्या ऐवजी ते टमी टम मशिन,किंवा जागेवर चालवायची सायकल यांचा वापर करणार.दिवसभर जंकफूड खाऊन शरीरिक हालचाल केली नाही तर शरीर भोपळ्या सारख गोल होणारच ना ! शरिरावरचा अतिरिक्त मेद कमी करायला देखील जलद चालण्या एवजी किंवा पाळण्या एवजी आम्ही मेदारी घेणार सांगा मग ह्या शरीरच आधुनिकपणाच्या हव्यासात काय होणार? कामावर सहा तास खुर्चीत बसणार,घरी आल्यावरही तेच, खुर्चीत बसुनच दोन तास टी .व्ही. पाहणार खुर्चीत बसुनच भाजी किंवा अन्य कापण्याचे काम करणार, कंबरेला वाकण्याची क्रिया ,सराव माहीतच नाही मग व्याधी पाठी लागणारच.
हेच अगदी पुरुष गटाबाबतही एरवी घरात पत्नीला मदत करण्यासाठी वेळ नसतांना तासान तास क्रिकेट ,बुद्धीबळ,हॉकी,फुटबॉल ह्यांचे सामने पाहतांना तास दोन तास ह्यांची समाधी भंग पावत नाही.तरी नशीब घरातला कचरा काढायला ह्यांच्या दिमतीला व्ह्याकूम क्लीनर हजर असतो.अगदी इस्त्री घरी करण्याचे श्रमही कुणी घेतांना दिसत नाही.कपड्याच गाठोड उचललं आणि दिले इस्त्रीला टाकून. घरातल्या साध्या कामसाठी बाहेरून मजूर घेतल्याशिवाय ह्याचं काम होत नाही मग शरिरातल्या खाल्ल्या अन्नाचा निचरा होणार कसा ? स्वतःची मोटर,फारच काय स्कूटर धुण्याच कामही हे करत नाहीत खिशात पैसा खुळखुळतो मग हे उगाच श्रम कशासाठी करणार?आता तर संडे टू संडे हॉटेलिंग चालत,कुणाचा वाढदिवस,कुणाच प्रमोशन,कुणाच ओटीभरण कारण काहीही असो,नाहीतरी पार्टीला निम्मित लागतच कुठे? बर लेको करा पार्टी, थोडे श्रम घ्या काय बनवायचं ते घरी बनवा,पण नाही ,म्हणणार आम्हीच बनवायचं तर काय फायदा?दिली ऑर्डर आणि झाल मोकळ.नंतरची उस्तवारी कोण करणार ? ,एवढया माणसांचे उरकायचे म्हणजे काय गंमत आहे ? जेवण खाण करत राहील ,धुणी –भांडी करत राहील तर पार्टीची गंमत ती काय ! पार्टी अर्रंज करायला घराबाहेर पडायची गरजही नाही . पी.सी.समोर बसून नेट सुरू केल आणि बटन दाबल कि अर्ध्या तासात हव ते घरपोच,मग ते इस्त्रीचे कपडे असोत कि हॉटेल मधली ऑर्डर.घर बसल्या सगळ मिळत आहे म्हटल्यावर श्रम कसले? ज्याचं काम संगणकाशी निगडीत आहे त्यांना कामासाठी ऑफिस गाठाव लागत नाही,चक्क घर बसल्या ते आपल काम करू शकतात.अगदी शेअर हाताळणारे दलाल, गुंतवणूक सल्लागार,आरोग्य सल्लागार,कायद्याचे सल्लागार ह्यांना आता घरबसल्या व्यवसाय करता येतो.घरून निघण नाही गाडी पकडण नाही, कशाचेच श्रम नाहीत.हातात असणारा मोबाईल आणि ल्याप ट्याप हे दोन मैलाचे दगड हाती आल्याने आता तर आकाश ठेंगण झाल आहे.वीज, टेलिफोन याच बिल,बँकेचा कर्जाचा,एल.आय.सीचा मासिक हप्ता,मुलांची शाळेची फी,वाण्याच बिल,रेल्वेचा पास,गावी जायचं आरक्षण काहीही असो बसल्या जागेवरून,अगदी बस,रेल्वे,विमान प्रवासातही, कधीही व्यवहार करणे शक्य झाले आहे,अगदी जाग्यावरूनच,मेरे अक्का क्या चाहिये म्हणणारा यक्षच जणू तुमच्या दिमतीला विज्ञानाने दिला आहे.कोणताही काम बसल्या जागी होत असल्यान शरीराला आणि किचकट बौद्धिक काम चुटकीसरशी होत असल्यान मेंदूला कामच उरल नाही,साहजिकच शरीर आणि मेंदूही आळशी झाल्यास नवल वाटू नये.या आधुनिक साधनांचा वापर किती करावा ह्या बाबत स्वतः जागरूक न राहिल्यास एक दिवस हि साधन माणसाचा ताबा घेतल्याशिवाय राहणार नाही.· संकटाची अजूनही चाहूल लागली नसेल तर म्या पामरान व्यर्थ लेख लिहून वेळ दवडण्यात काय हशील पण विज्ञानाची किती गुलामगिरी स्वीकारायची हे ठरवण्याची वेळ निघून जात आहे .घरात दारावर येणार वर्तमान पत्र घ्यायला उठायची तसदी कुणी घ्यावी?आणि का?ते तर मोबाईलवर उपलब्ध आहे.ह्या साऱ्या सुखसोई हव्या हव्याशा नक्कीच वाटत असणारपण ह्याचे भविष्यातील परिणाम नक्कीच चांगले नाहीत. वागण्या, बोलण्यात आधुनिकता असावी पण त्याचा अतिरेकी वापर टाळणे गरजेचे आहे हेच खरे. घरा घरात डोकावलं तरी नजरेस पडेल मुल आणि अगदी तरुण मंडळीही मैदानी खेळ खेळण्या एवजी एकतर टी.व्ही.समोर बसलेले आढळतील किंवा कॉम्पुटर सोबत गेम खेळतांना किंवा पिक्चर पाहात बसलेले दिसतील.जेव्हा मोकळा वेळ असेल तेव्हा मोबाईलवर च्याटींग करतांना आढळतील.
मैदानी खेळाची आणि व्यायामाची शरीराला आणि मनालाही गरज आहे हि मुल आणि त्यांचे पालकही विसरून गेले आहेत.ह्या संकटातून आत्ता त्यांना असला तरी ईश्वेरही वाचवू शकणार नाही कारण आत्ता ती सवईची गुलाम झाली आहेत.ह्या मायाजालात न अडकता खूप काही आव्हानात्मक आणि आवडेल असे करण्यासारखे आहे.आजूबाजूचा आपला परिसर जाणून घ्या,मोकळ्या मैदानात मुलांबरोबर खेळ खेळा,एखाद्या हॉस्पीटला भेट देवून गरजू रुग्णांना मदत करा,गावाबाहेर किंवा शहराबाहेर एखाद्या खेड्याला भेट द्या,तिथल जीवन समजून घ्या.पहा मान्वेरचा तन कमी होईलच आणि सामाजिक भानहि येईल. स्वतः पुरत सगळेच जगतात,थोड दुसऱ्यासाठी अगदी फावल्या वेळेत वेळ देवून पहा.आधुनिकतेच्या पल्याड असणार जग तुम्हाला खुणावत आहे त्याला साद द्या.
