मोबाइल तुमचा मित्र, तुमच्या बाळाचा कोण !
तीस पस्तिस वर्षापुर्वी ” शोले ” मधला संवाद प्रसिध्द होता.
“जब किसी दूर गांव मे बच्चा रोता है तो उसकी मा कहती है, बच्चा सो जा नहीं तो गब्बर सींग आ जायेगा” लहान मुलांना त्यांनी वेळेत झोपाव म्हणुन बागुल बुवांची भिंती दाखवणं त्याकाळी नवीन नव्हतं. काही सुजाण घरात मात्र एखादी कथा, गोष्ट सांगून आजी-आजोबा नातवाला झोपवत असे.
हळू हळू हे बदललं आणि तुमचं बाळ टेडी बिअरच्या ताब्यात गेल . बाळासाठी ना आईला वेळ ना वडिलांना ! आभाळातला चांदोमामा दाखवुन छकुल्याला घास भरवण्याचे दिवस केव्हाच संपले.जीथे बाळाच्या आई-बाबांना संवाद साधण्यासाठीच वेळ नाही तीथे मुलांना गोष्ट सांगून घास भरवण्यासाठी, हा चीऊचा हा माऊचा असं म्हणत घास भरवण्यासाठी, वेळ आहेच कुठे?
विभक्त कुटुंबामुळे बाळाची काळजी घ्यायला घरात कोणी नाही. मग बाळाला ऐंगेज ठेवण्यासाठी आई-बाबा कडे पर्याय तरी कोणता? बाळाच्या हाती मोबाईल देऊन कार्टुन लाऊन दिलं की बाळ निमुट घास गिळू लागत.हे चाणाक्ष पालकांच्या ल‌क्षात आल. त्याला त्या कार्टुनमध्ये किंवा गेम मध्ये गुंतवून त्याला घास भरवत गेलं की तीने किंवा त्याने ठरवलेल्या टारगेट प्रमाणे व तीला योग्य वाटेल ते भरवायला ती मोकळी.मग त्याला तो आहार आवडतो की नाही हा विचारही मनात येत नाही.स्वतःला मोकळा वेळ मिळाला या उद्देशाने बाळाच्या हाती मोबाईल दिला की आपली कामं उरकायला मोकळी.
असो, तर ह्या मोबाइलने तुम्हा आम्हाला असं काही झपाटुन टाकलं आहे की जर कोणत्याही कारणाने मोबाईल बंद पडला तर आप्त मेल्या नंतर दुःख होईल त्यापेक्षाही अधिक दुःख मोबाइल बंद पडल्याच होत. सकाळी ऊठल्यापासुन ते झोपेपर्यंत मोबाइलचा पिच्छा आम्ही सोडत नाही. आणि आपले मोबाईल मित्र आपल्याला सोडत नाहीत.कनेक्ट राहण्याचे किती पर्याय आम्हाला उपलब्ध आहेत.फेज बुक,व्टिटर, इन्स्टाग्राम अशा सोशल मिडियाव्दारे एकाच वेळी व्यक्ती अनेकांच्या संपर्कात राहू शकते तसेच आपल्या कामाची ,व्यक्तीमत्वाची छाप दुस-याला पाडू शकते.
व्हाट्स अॅप, व्हिडिओ काॅल ,एस.एम.एस.या माध्यमाव्दारे आपण एका व्यक्तीशी किंवा मर्यादित गटाशी संपर्कात राहू शकतो. आम्ही स्वत:ला समजुतदार समजतो तरी आम्ही दिवसाचे किमान चार सहा तास त्या खेळण्याच्या संपर्कात असतो. आमची ही अवस्था तर लहानग्यांनी मोबाइलसाठी हट्ट धरला किंवा तरुणांनी सकाळी ऊठल्यापासुन झोपेपर्यंत मोबाईल वापरला, नव्हे उराशी, ठेवला तरी आम्ही कसा त्यांना विरोध करणार? कोणता शहाणपणा शिकवणार?
आज अनेक मुले आपल्या पालकांजवळून मोबाइल मिळवण्यासाठी कोणताही मार्ग अवलंबण्यात मागे पहात नाहीत.त्याचे तोटे काय आहेत यांच्या जाणिवेशी त्यांना कोणतंही देणं घेणं नाही. चांगल्या कंपनिचा महागडा फोन वापरणे हा या पिढीचा स्टेट्स सिम्बाॅल बनला आहे. मुलाने काहीतरी विपरीत करू नये यासाठी ऐपत नसतांना पालक मुलांचा हट्ट पुरवत आहेत ही अतीशय गंभीर बाब आहे. मोबाइल नसेल तर अभ्यासच करता येणार नाही अशी लोणकढी थाप मारली तरी अनेक पालकांना कळत नाही. जे पालक स्वत:ला सुशिक्षित समजतात त्यांना आपल्या मुलाकडे चांगला मोबाइल असण प्रतिष्ठेच वाटत आहे , हेच दुर्देव आहे.
शिवाय सरकारच तर म्हणतंय सारं आॅन लाइन करा,लाइट बिल, टेलीफोन बिल,डिश अॅटेनाबील, रेल्वे बुकींग , प्रेस पेमेंट सर सारंच आॅनलाइन होत असल्याने काळ्याबाजाराला आळा बसला आहे असं सरकारच म्हणण आहे. आता आता तर जीच्याशी किंवा ज्याच्याशी आयुष्य काढायचं आहे इतका महत्त्वाचा निर्णय , लग्न जर आॅन लाइन होऊ लागलंय तर मग बाकिच्या व्यवहाराच काय हो ! तरी आॅन लाइन व्यवहार सुरक्षित न केल्याने अनेकजण मोठ्या आर्थीक संकटात सापडत आहेत आपण ते वाचतो आणि बातम्यात पाहतो देखिल..या मोबलायन प्रकरणात माणुसकी आणि माणूस गौण ठरत आहे.
खरच मोबाइल इतका आवश्यक आणि गरजेचा आहे का? त्यांच्या वापरावर आम्हाला बंधन घालता येणार नाही का ? आपल्याला परिवाराशी, मित्रांशी संवाद साधायला आपल्या भावना व्यक्त करायला प्रत्यक्ष भेटता येण शक्य असेल तर आम्ही मोबाइलच्या कुबड्या दुर सारल्या तर चालेल ना !
आम्हीच जर नात्याला कुंपण घातलं, आम्हीच जर आपल्या रक्ताच्या नात्याला त्यांची गरज संपली म्हणून दूर लोटले तर कधीतरी पूढची पीढी तोच मार्ग आपल्या बाबतीतही वापरू शकते याचे भान ठेवा.
आमची मानसिकता पहा, आईची म्हातारपणी काळजी घेणं आम्हाला फास्ट लाईफमध्ये शक्य नाहीम्हणून आम्हीच तर आईला आश्रमात धाडलं. बरं झालं बाप अपघातात लवकर गेला , अन्यथा त्यांची ती शिस्त पाळण्याचा आणि वादावादीचा प्रसंग नेहमीच येऊन, घरात अशांतीच झाली असती. आता घरात त्रिकोणी किंवा चौकोनी कुटूंब असल्याने मोठ्या माणसांना समजुन घेण्याचा प्रसंग टळला. पण कौटुंबिक जबाबदारी वाढली. लहानग्यांना भरवल्याशिवाय आपल्याला मोकळा वेळ मिळणार तरी कसा?लग्नानंतर ठरलं, पाळणा लांबवायचा , मुलांचं दोघांनी मिळून करायचं म्हणून निदान भांडण तरी टळलं.पर्यायच नव्हता . आम्ही लहानग्यांना आजोबा आजी, काका काकी, आत्या यांच्या हातून काढून घेऊन मोबाईलच्या हाती दिल ,आम्हाला मुलांवर आमचे संस्कार करायचे होते.हायफाय सोसायटीत कसे वागतात ते शिकवायचे होते.
आम्ही त्यालाही रोबोट बनवलं. मोबाईल हाती देऊन स्क्रीन सुरू करून दिला की बाळाने कार्टुन पहायचं की मग अजुन काही करायचं ते ठरवू दिलं. त्याच्यावर लहान वयात त्याच बालपण हिरावून घेत त्यालाच वागण्याचं स्वातंत्रं दिलं ,त्याला स्वावलंबी बनवलं . आम्ही यंत्रांच्या साहाय्याने कसं जगायचं ते त्याला अकाली शिकवलं.
आता मात्र मोबाईल नावाचं भूत त्यांच्या मानगुटीवर स्वार आहे. त्या भुताला उतरवण्याची कला आमच्याकडे नाही.बाळ थोडं मोठं झालं आणि शाळेत जाऊ लागलं तसा मोबाईलचा उपयोग बदलला . जो मोबाईल कारटुन पाहण्यासाठी वापरला जात होता त्याच्यावर आवडीप्रमाणे क्रिकेट ,फॅन्टसी गेम, पिक्चर किंवा पब्जी आणि चॅटींग होऊ लागल.अनेक खेळ खेळण्यासाठी त्याचा वापर होऊ लागला.घरात त्याच अस्तीत्व केवळ चहा,आंघोळ,आणि जेवण इतक्याच पुरत जाणवू लागलं. त्याला काही विचारायचा प्रयत्न केला तर तो डिस्टर्ब होऊ लागला. त्यांच्याशी आम्हा उभयतांच्या संवादच संपला.
मला सांगा ज्य मार्टिन कुपर यांनी एकुणसे त्र्याहात्तर साली मोटोरोला कंपनीच्या साहाय्याने पहिला मोबाईल फोन काढला त्यांचे आभार मानायचे की अनेक पिढ्या मोबाइलच्या अतिवापरान बरबाद झाल्याचा त्याला दोष देत धिक्कारायचे. आज जगात ९६ टक्के विकसीत देश मोबाइलचा वापर करत आहे .पण या मोबाइलने आम्हाला आळशी तर बनवलं नाही ना? आमच्यातली माणुसकी हिरावून तर घेतली नाही ना ?
मोबाइल सारख्या सुविधा ह्या माणसाच्या गरजेसाठी आहेत मात्र त्यांच्या आहारी जाणं हे वाइटच.आपले मानसिक स्वास्थ आणि आरोग्य बिघडवून घ्यायचे नसेल तर एकच प्रेमाचा सल्ला “अति सर्वत्र वर्जयेत ”
