आनंदी जीवनासाठी थोडेसे
आता सी.बी.एस.सी., आय.सी.एस.सी.अशा इंटरनॅशनल शाळांचं पेव फुटलय, बदलत्या प्रवाहा बरोबर बदलायला हवे या बाबत दुमत नाही, पण ज्यांच्या घरात मार्गदर्शन करणारे आहेत आणि ज्यांची आर्थीक स्थिती चांगली आहे त्यांनी आपल्या मुलाच्या शैक्षणिक क्षमतेनुसार प्रवेश घ्यायला किंवा शिक्षण घ्यायला हरकत नाही. ज्यांची आर्थिक क्षमता नाही, घरी मार्गदर्शन करणारं कुणी नाही त्यांनी अट्टाहास बाळगणं त्यांच्या सोईचे नाही.
तिसरी, चौथी आणि चक्क सातवीमध्ये पाल्याची शाळा बदलणारे अनेक पालक आहेत. जेव्हा असा वेगळा मार्ग पालक स्वीकारतात तेव्हा मुल गडबडून जाते. आपण आपली पात्रता सिद्ध करू शकलो नाही म्हणून खचुनही जाते.त्याची योग्य समज काढली नाही तर चुकिच्या मार्गावर भरकटते .
म्हणुनच पालकांना प्रेमाचा सल्ला, केवळ तुमच्या शेजा-याचे किंवा नातलगाचे मुल इंग्रजी आणि आय. सी.एस.सी.किंवा अन्य नामांकित शाळेत जाते म्हणून विचलीत होण्याचे काही कारण नाही. नामांकित विद्यालयातील विद्यार्थी प्रगती करतात आणि चांगलं करिअर घडवतातच असं छातीठोक कुणी सांगू शकणार नाही. वेगळ्या वाटेन जाणारा ब-याचदा जास्त यशस्वी ठरू शकतो. त्यांच्यासाठी प्रत्येक गोष्ट हे एक नवं आव्हान असत , ज्याला स्वत:च्या क्षमतेवर विश्र्वास असेल व ती गोष्ट साध्य करणं हाच त्याचा ध्यास असेल तो यशो शिखर गाठणारच , हे सांगण्यासाठी कोणत्याही ज्योतिष्याची गरजच नाही.आव्हान जेवढ तगडं , प्रयत्न तेवढाच मोठा अन् यशही त्याच तितकंच मोठ.
मुश्किलोसे डरकर कुछ हासील नहीं होता,
मेहनत करनेवालोको कुछ मुश्कील नहीं होता ।।
प्रत्येक विद्यार्थ्याची बुध्दिमत्ता भिन्न असते कदाचीत तुमचे मुल अन्य कलेत निपुण असू शकेल ते तुम्हीच ओळखू शकाल, म्हणतात ना मुलाचे पाय पाळण्यात दिसतात.त्याला अभ्यासा बद्दल कडक शब्दात बोलून नका.अभ्यास हेच जगण्याचं एकमेव साधन नाही.कोणत्याही कलेचा व्यासंग हा तुम्हाला नौके सारखा तारु शकतो.
अतुट विश्र्वास आणि मेहनतीची तयारी असेल तर यश फक्त दोनच पाऊले दूर असेल .
आजच नागराज मंजुळेंची मुलाखत यू ट्यूब वर पाहिली. तीन वेळा बसूनही एस.एस.सी.पास न झालेले मंजुळे स्वत:च्या आवडीनुसार वाचनात रममाण झाले आणि अनेक भारतीय आणि विदेशी पुस्तके वाचून जो आनंद त्यांना मिळाला त्यामुळे पुन्हा अभ्यासाकडे वळले तदनंतर त्यांनी मागे वळून पाहिलेच नाही.प्रत्येक वेळी त्यांच्या गुणांची टक्केवारी वाढत गेली.त्या नंतर मंजूळेंची कला क्षेत्रात असलेली मुशाफिरी आपल्याला माहितच आहे. मंजुळेंना वेळोवेळी मिळालेले पुरस्कार हे त्यांच्यामधील मनस्वी कलाकाराला आहेत, जपलेल्या स्वत्व आणि स्वाभिमानाला आहेत.वेगळ्या वाटेने जाऊन सिध्द केलेल्या पराक्रमाला आहेत.
तेव्हा आपल्या मुलात जी कला, जे गुण असतील त्या गुणांचा विकास करा.त्याला नाकारू नका.
कोणत्या क्षेत्रात तो आघाडी घेईल ते सांगता येणार नाही.जेव्हा आम्ही शाळेचा बक्षीस समारंभ ठेवतो छ तेव्हा दोन पाहुणे बक्षिस समारंभासाठी आमंत्रित करतो एक , समाजातील मान्यवर व्यक्ती , वक्ता आणि दुसरा पाहुणा आमचा हक्काचा ,घरचाच असतो , तो म्हणजे आमचाच विद्यार्थी, ज्याने कोणत्याही क्षेत्रात आपले स्थान कामगिरीने मिळवलंय, मग तो कोणत्याही क्षेत्रातील असेना का!
आपल्याच शाळेचा माजी विद्यार्थी पाहुणा म्हणून डायसवर आहे म्हणजे तो नक्कीच स्पेशल आहे ही विद्यार्थ्यांची खात्री होते.कधीतरी मी ही येथे असेन हा विचार , हे स्वप्न त्यांच्या विचारांना आणि आचरणाला वेगळ्या उंचीवर घेऊन जाते. हेच आम्हाला अपेक्षित असते .
आमच्या शाळेत आम्ही अनेक माजी विद्यार्थ्यांना पाहुणा म्हणुन आमंत्रित केले आहे.अतुल मोरे हा विद्यार्थी इलेक्ट्राॅनिक कंपनीत मोठ्या हुद्द्यावर आहे, बाऊल ह्या विद्यार्थ्याचा स्वत:चा वसई येथे उद्योग आहे, अजीत रानभरे हा इलेक्ट्रिकल काॅन्ट्राक्टर आहे, केणी हा विद्यार्थी क्रिडा पत्रकार आहे, सौरभ शर्मा हा विद्यार्थी पत्रकार आहे.भंडारे हा विद्यार्थी इलेक्ट्रिकल सप्लामर आहे.
अजिंक्य कापरे हा उत्तम कबड्डी पट्टू आहे.अशी अनेक नावे घेता येतील ज्यांनी स्वत:च करिअर घडवलं आहे. या माजी वीद्यार्थ्यांना जेव्हा प्रमुख पाहुण्या सोबत बसण्याचा आणि त्यांच्याशी हितगुज करण्याचा मान मिळतो तेव्हा त्यांना मिळणारा आनंद अवर्णनीय असतो.
तुमचा मुलगा भविष्यात कोण होणार ? ते तुम्ही ठरवू नका , डाॅक्टरने आपल्या मुलाने डाॅक्टर होऊन आपल इस्पितळ सांभाळाव मोठ्ठ कराव अशी अपेक्षा बाळगणे चुकीचे नाही पण तो काय होऊ इच्छितो? त्याला कोणत्या गोष्टीत रस आहे हे जाणून जर मुलाला तेथे जाऊ दिले, त्याची आवड जोपासू दिली तर खचितच त्या मुलाची प्रगती जोमाने होईल आणि त्याने खुप पैसे जरी कमावले नाहीत किंवा बंगला बांधला नाही तरी तो समाधानाने आणि आनंदाने जगू शकेल.
माझा मित्र मुंबईचा आय.आय.टि.चा कंम्पुटर बी.टेक त्यांच्या वडिलांचा इंडस्ट्रियल फोटो स्टुडिओ होता. चांगला सेट बिझनेस होता वडिलांना वाटत होत की माझ्या मुलाने स्टुडिओ सांभाळावा पण त्याची आवडच डिझायनिंगची त्याला फोटो स्टुडिओत रस वाटेना या गोष्टिवरून त्यांच्यात मतभेद झाले. वडिल समजुन घेइनात, मित्राच म्हणणं त्याच्यात टॅलेंट आहे त्याचा फोटोस्टुडिओशी संबंध नाही. या मतभेदाने काहीच साध्य झालं नाही. मुलगा घर सोडुन दुसरीकडे रहायला गेला.तुमची स्वप्न मुलांवर लादू नका .शेवटी तुमच मुलांसाठीच स्वप्न काय आहे? या पेक्षा तुमचा मुलगा स्वत:साठी कोणते स्वप्न पाहतो ते महत्त्वाचे आहे.
त्याने आनंदी जगावं असं तुम्हाला वाटतं ना! त्यांच्याकडे बंगला आहे, गाडी आहे, रग्गड पैसा आहे पण सतत चिंतेत आहे दु:खी आहे मुलाचे आई बाबा म्हणून असं त्याने जगणं आवडेल तुम्हाला?
डाॅ.विकास आमटे यांना प्रमुख पाहुणे म्हणुन आम्ही निमंत्रित केलं होतं, शाळेचे वर्कशाॅप पहाता पहाता ते म्हणाले मी अपघाताने डाॅक्टर झालो . खरं तर माझ प्रेम अशा यंत्रावर अधीक आहे.आजही माझा ट्रक माझी गाडी दुरूस्त करायला मला खुप आवडतं .जो आनंद यंत्रा
बरोबर खेळण्यात, ती दुरूस्त झाल्यावर येणा-या अनुभूतीचा आहे तसा आनंद वेगळ्या गोष्टीत वाटेलच असे नाही. केवळ साधन आणि संसाधन यांच्या समृध्दीने आनंद मिळेलच असं नाही.
यशस्वी माणसांची व्याख्या तुम्ही कशी कराल? यश मापण्याची फुटपट्टी कोणती ? अण्णा हजारे छ़ोट्या खोलीतही निवांत झोपू शकतात आणि अंती श्रीमंतांना महालातही झोप यावी या करीता निद्रेची आराधना करावी लागते मग खरा सुखी कोण?आनंदी कोण ? सर्व सुखासीन आणि विलासी भोग भोगुनही आत्मा अतृप्तच राहिला तर राजाचा महाल काय कामाचा? चिंता करत जगायचं की चिंतामुक्त हे तुमच्या जाणिवेवर अवलंबुन आहे. म्हणून योगी आणि ज्ञानी माणूस पर्णकुटीतही समाधानी राहू शकतो .जर विलासी वृत्तीने तो जगू लागला तर त्याच्या जपा तपाला किंमत्त राहणार नाही.
जीणे असे असावे, जयाने संतोषिल स्व मन
बोलणे ऐसे साधावे , जेणे संतोषती सकल जन
त्यागून सुगंध , धुप , म्हणे झाले सफल जीवन ।।
तेव्हा मजल्यांची उंची आणि महालाच आकारमान
याने घर आणि माणूस मोठा होत नाही तो होतो त्याच्या अगत्यशील आचरणाने , सुस्वभावी मनानं
आणि विनयशील वागण्यानं.दुस-या व्यक्तीला हसत खेळत ठेवता येण्यासारखं आश्रय पूर्ण नाही.मेरा नाम जोकर चित्रपटात नायक दु:खी असतो तरी सुध्दा तो लोकांना रिझवतो.हेच चित्रपटाचं रहस्य.
आनंद आपल स्वप्न साकार करतांना दुस-या व्यक्तीची स्वप्न पायदळी तुडवू नका.
